Finding Your Account Details

Many staff have asked where they can see the details of their Navigator account. The answer: There is a Workday report for that! 
After signing in to your Workday account*, enter “NV Staff Report by Cost Center” into the search bar. This will take you to a page that asks you to enter a cost center and select a period of time.
Cost Center = your NavID number
Period = the month you want to view
Note: The year in Period is broken down by fiscal year (not calendar year). I.e., to view September 2014, you would select FY2015 – Sept. (The Navigators fiscal year begins in September.)
After entering the Cost Center and Period, select OK and wait for the report to open. Once inside the report, you will see a line-item breakdown of your support plan.
Important tips:
- Numbers in parentheses are negative values.
- Items with a triangle on the left can be expanded to show more detail (click the triangle).
- Any blue numbers can display more detail when clicked.
Familiarizing yourself with this report will allow you to be more informed about the details of your account. 

*Please note that this information cannot be accessed through the mobile application for Workday - it must be from a laptop or desktop computer.
